KINGDOM SONIC HEARTS-PART SIX

“Wake up. Are you okay?” Sonic could hear being said by a lady’s voice. He only saw blackness, though. Then he could see. As it became brighter, Sonic saw Amy Sitting there. He lifted himself to his arms (he didn’t have enough strength to sit up completely) and stared at her, smiling. “I’m so glad to see you, Amy.” he said. Amy looked puzzled. “Amy?” she said as Sonic saw it wasn’t Amy. “Who’s Amy? I am NOT Amy!”
       Sonic saw that it wasn’t Amy, but a girl, a human. She had short, brown hair. She shook her head. “Anyway… I’m Kairi. And this…” she said. She pulled over a boy, about her age. He had spiky brown hair. “…is Sora.” Kairi finished. “Say hi Sora!” she said as she started waving his arm in the ‘hello’ movement. Sora smiled. “Hello!” he said. They all started laughing.
       “C’mon!” Sora said to they blue guy. “I bet you need some light, huh?” The blue creature nodded. He stood up, clutching the wall. Using the wall for support, he made his way outside. He clutched the bar in front of him and looked out. It wasn’t a lot. All he saw was a wooden area with a little boy standing there, whacking a rod through the air. “So… this is where you live? I mean, no offense or anything, but… it’s not a lot. At all.” said the blue guy. Sora and Kairi smiled. “Don’t worry!” said Kairi. “That’s just a third of the island!” Sora laughed. “Not even a third! A sixth!” he said, as they started laughing.
       “Wait!” Sora said a worried look on his face. “Today’s Friday!”
       Kairi gasped. They looked at each other. “Selphie!” they both said. They looked at the blue guy. “Follow us!” they said as they ran behind the tree house. There was a big square hole in the wall of stone. Kairi jumped over there, and had to grab the ledge. She pulled herself up. Sora looked at the blue guy. “You’re gonna need help getting over there.” he said. He picked him up on his back. “You ready?” he asked. “Then here we go!” he said as he ran and jumped to the other side. “Come on.” he said as they ran to the other side.

ON THE OTHER SIDE

“So. What’s your name?” Sora asked their new friend. The blue guy looked at him. “Sonic. Sonic Hedgehog.” he answered. Kairi looked puzzled. “Why do they call you that?” she asked. Sonic looked up. “It means ‘faster than the speed of sound’ I was told.” he said. He laid down, but a medallion, shaped as a music note, fell on his face. Sora looked at it as Sonic sat up. “What’s that?” he asked.
       “What’s what? This?” Sonic asked, holding his medallion. “This was given to me a few years ago.” he answered. Sora looked at it. “What does it do?” he asked. Sonic smiled. “Do you guys play any musical instruments?” he asked Sora and Kairi. They nodded. Sora said he played drums, while Kairi could play piano. They got out their instruments. Sonic rubbed his medallion. Out came a guitar.
